There are only 71 days until Christmas people! I'm so excited, i've gone all Festive and have been looking around for the best Christmas Party dresses for all us plus-size beauties. More to follow, so watch this space!
The first look is a classic LBD with a twist. One sleeve LBD teamed with on-trend leopard print heels.
The dress is a gorgeous shape, and has sheer material layered over a classic black dress. You can get this dress in sizes 16-22 in Dorothy Perkins for only £40 and the shoes are only £45! This look would look great on all body shapes, especially pear shapes and apples. If you're a little bit top heavy, make sure you wear a really good strapless bra, and if you're conscious of your legs wear some opaque tights under the dress.
The second look is a bit more daring, but definately worth trying for those of you who like to stand out. I channeled a bit of 70s glamour with this one, teaming a velvet jewell-blue dress with some gorgeous gold platform sandals. Team this look with big hair and big attitude and you'll certainly turn heads. The dress is from the Beth Ditto collection from Evans which is available up to size 32 and costs £50. The shoes are Simple Be and also cost £50. Christmas glam for £100!?! Bargainous! If you're conscious of your arms like me then team this little number with a shrug or cropped cardigan.
The last look is my favourite! Inspired by the Vintage looks that have dominated the high-street this year, I have teamed a beautiful cream dress with bold, red heels. The ruffled detail on the arms of this dress make it a definate lust-have in my book. The dress is from Dorothy Perkins, costing only £38, and the amazing pillar-box coloured heels are only £35 - again from DP! So not only my favourite outfit, but also the cheapest. You really will stand out in this one, but if you're not keen on wearing neutrals then this might not be for you. If you want to cover your legs up a bit, try teaming this dress with some detailed or patterned tights or opaque tights if you'd prefer.
Much Love x CC x
