BRB..// Jersey Tee & Jeans

The main idea behind these looks was After work drinks with the girls, however upon reflection, you could use this kind of look for a date or for Sunday lunch with the family too. Both of these looks are put together using clothes that are available in sizes 18-26, and in both looks I used a plain black, long-sleeve Jersey tee (£6.00) and a pair of straight leg Jeans (£19.99), both from New Look's Inspire range. PLUS both looks cost way less than £100.00 which I think is a total bargain.
The first outfit is one that I actually own and have worn very recently for a night out with some of the girls from work. Everyone liked my outfit, but strangely enough the majority of compliments came from the skinniest member of the group who happens to be a size 8!!! So I know this one is a winner. One thing I will say is that the top comes up quite large, I bought it in an 18 because it isn't stretch, but it is quite big for me. I actually could have done with it being a few inches smaller around the bust area. But this outfit is really girly and sweet, without being too revealing or pink.

The second outfit uses another top from the Inspire range @ New Look. This top is a sleeveless pussybow blouse, but if you are conscious of your upper arms like me then you could easily wear the Jersey tee underneath it and still look gorgeous, sexy and sophisticated. I swear by pussybow details for transition dressing too! Going from work straight for drinks/dinner is the ideal time to test-drive one of these, and trust me you will not be dissapointed. I teamed this outfit with another pair of peep-toes from Evans, but this look would look just as cute with a pair of ballet pumps or sandals.

The real star of this look though, in my opinion, is the Jeans. I now own a pair of these and they are amazing. They are high-wasited, are the ideal alternative to skinny jeans and they come in 4 different leg lengths; 29" 30" 31" and 33". I know that kind of sucks for women who are "32 inside leg, but they look good rolled up too so everyone can wear them!. I have worn these with ballet pumps, sneakers and boots now so they really do go with anything and at £19.99 you can't really go wrong. I highly recommend buying a pair (or two).

Much Love x CC x
